Many international businesses fail and market shares drop because of the inability to assimilate the existing cultural disparities and manage the clients and partners’ relations. At this stage my role is to manage the key accounts and nurture the client relations by maintaining regular communication and product updates, providing tangible market and marketing planning, post-sales as well as customer support and handling client claims. The absence of an appropriate marketing plan and monitoring and supporting the competitiveness status can make or break your businesses at in any given market and the stake is even higher at intentional markets. I work alongside the distributors and dealers to draft and implement a B-to B marketing strategy. By experience international partners do not only expect but they do highly appreciate a meaningful marketing support and guidance on how to best increase brand visibility, attract the right audience, drive the brand awareness and brand positioning. Increasing sales is after all a common goal for the supplier and the distributor.
